Team

The Ark uses task teams to complete projects such as ; Policy Creation, Grant Writing ,Funding Analysis , Funding Research and Procedure compilation. Our approach employs the founding principles of Six Sigma accomplishes its goal by using two Six Sigma Methods: DMAIC and DMADV. Our design team utlizes DMADV while Quality Assurance utilizes DMAIC.

Six Sigma success is based on five key principles:

Focusing on customer requirements

Using extensive measurement and statistical analysis to understand how work gets done and to identify the root cause of problems (variations)

Being proactive in eliminating variation and continually improving the process

Involving people in Six Sigma cross-functional team

Being thorough and being flexible

Each team has a specified time commitment per project. Projects are handled in stages by (3) sub groups; Drafting, Research, and Review. 360 review is completed by management prior to advancement to the each stage.

During 360 review managerial staff reviews collected intel, including all internal and external factors that may arise. This in - depth examination includes the comparison between two alike entities, to be determined by client and consultant, as well as the appropriate State requirements.
